  3. Season the chicken cutlets with salt and pepper on both sides.

  4. Heat up a pan over medium-high heat and add extra virgin olive oil and butter to melt together.

  5. Put 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of breadcrumbs, and 3-4 eggs beaten together in separate dishes.

  6. Dip each chicken cutlet individually into flour, then into egg, and finally into breadcrumbs. Be sure to press down firmly so that the breadcrumbs coat the chicken completely.

  2. Place the stuffed chicken breasts into the baking dish.

  3. Cover each cutlet with more pasta sauce.

  4. Top off with sliced vine-ripened tomatoes and fresh basil leaves

Cafe Martorano Chicken Cutlet Downtown Recipe is a hearty and flavorful dish that can be served in many different ways. It pairs well with a variety of sides, sauces, and beverages, making it versatile for any meal occasion.

One classic way to serve this dish is with a side of pasta marinara or fusilli pollo with sweet peppers. You can also serve it with a side salad or steamed vegetables to balance out the richness of the dish.

For a wine pairing, I recommend an Italian red wine such as Chianti or Sangiovese. Make-Ahead, Storing and Reheating

Everyone loves a good classic chicken cutlet sandwich, but this one exceeds all expectations

Are you hosting a dinner party or looking to save some time during the week? Café Martorano Chicken Cutlet Downtown Recipe is perfect for making ahead of time. Prepare the chicken cutlets according to the recipe, and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before baking.

If you have leftovers, don’t let them go to waste. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, place your chicken cutlets on a baking sheet and heat in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) until heated through, about 10-12 minutes.

If you’re short on time but want the same great taste, try reheating your chicken cutlets in a skillet over medium heat with a small amount of extra virgin olive oil, this allows you to retain the crispiness of the crust while also heating the juicy chicken inside.

It’s worth noting that breaded chicken tends to lose its texture when reheated in the microwave; so if that’s your only option, be sure to microwave your cutlets using a lower power setting and use shorter intervals so as not to dry out cuts accidentally.

For best results, it’s recommended that you prepare Café Martorano Chicken Cutlet Downtown Recipe fresh; however, with some adjustments, it is still possible to preserve its flavor even when reheated.

If you want your Cafe Martorano Chicken Cutlet Downtown Recipe to taste just like the one you had at the restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, here are some tips that will help you achieve perfect results.

1. Pay attention to how you cut and prep the ingredients.

The recipe calls for chicken cutlets cut in half, salt and pepper both sides of the chicken, flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. While it sounds easy to prepare these ingredients, it’s essential that you pay close attention to how you cut and prep them as this will make a huge difference in your end result. Use a sharp knife to cut the chicken into thin, even pieces to ensure that they cook evenly. Make sure to season each piece with ample salt and pepper. Additionally, lightly beat your eggs and use high-quality flour and breadcrumbs for maximum flavor.

2. Choose the right oil.

When searing or frying your chicken, choose an oil with a high smoke point like extra virgin olive oil or canola oil. This will prevent the oil from burning and smoking, affecting the flavor of your dish.

3. Opt for good quality cheese.

For this recipe, we are using ricotta, provolone, and parmesan cheese. When purchasing these ingredients, opt for high-quality versions as this will add extra flavor and impact on your plate.

4. Experiment with different vegetables.

While fresh spinach is used in the Cafe Martorano Chicken Cutlet Downtown Recipe as a topping for the chicken, don’t let that stop you from experimenting with different vegetables that you enjoy. Try replacing spinach with arugula or kale or add sweet peppers for a more colorful dish.

5. Let the flavors marinate overnight.
